Refund Policy

Return window

At ForestRush LTD, we stand behind the quality of the premium board games we curate. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return.

Eligible items

To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and crucially for board games, the original shrink wrap must remain fully intact and unbroken. We cannot accept returns on games that have been opened or punched out, as we cannot resell them as pristine new products. The item must also be in its original packaging, and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return

To start a return, you can contact us at ForestRush@proton.me. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We strongly recommend packaging the returning game in a sturdy corrugated box with adequate bubble wrap, as any damage incurred during the return transit will affect your eligibility for a full refund.

Refund timeline

We will notify you once we’ve received and meticulously inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us immediately.

Exchanges and Missing Pieces

We understand that manufacturing defects can occur. If your newly purchased game arrives with damaged components, misprinted rulebooks, or missing meeples, do not initiate a full return. Instead, contact us with a photo of the defect. We maintain direct relationships with publishers and will arrange for replacement pieces to be sent directly to your door at no cost to you. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want for a full game exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
